Several applications are offered for different types of businesses:
The desktop business system applications can be connected with mobile (Android) applications.
The data from the mobile apps are uploaded into the desktop PC application, which can be used as a repository.
The third party free cloud service (Dropbox) is used to maintain the connection.
As the service is free, there are no fees to exchange the data between mobile applications and the desktop application.
All applications (Windows PC desktop or mobile Android) can be used independently with or without internet.
We offer the applications (not the service), which are purchased once and can be used for the lifetime of the software.
The several POS systems can be connected with the desktop business application (BUSINESS SYSTEM MODULAR) in a similar way as Android apps.
The sales data from the POS system can be uploaded into BUSINESS SYSTEM MODULAR application as a data feed, at a click of a button.
The processing of the sales (creating of the appropriate records in General Ledger, updating of the account balances and inventory amounts) is conducted instantly upon upload of the sales data from the POS system
Several desktop applications (BUSINESS SYSTEM MODULAR) configured as "Client" can be connected to the desktop business application (BUSINESS SYSTEM MODULAR) configured as a server.
The data from the "Client" applications can be uploaded into the "Server" application as a data feed, at a click of a button.
The system can be extended by connecting additional "Client", POS and Android applications with the data from all of them being uploaded into the "Server" application.
Desktop business applications have a built-in email facility, or in case of Android are connected to the email, so when configured can instantly email invoices, quotes, purchase orders, and all other documents, which are generated by the application
Desktop business applications can conduct B2B data exchange by sending sales and purchase orders.
This is done using AS1 protocol (encrypted email).
The data is uploaded into the system when received so that the Purchase order sent to the customer is registered in the system as a Sale order, which should be fulfilled and delivered. Similarly with sale orders.
The BUSINESS SYSTEM MODULAR desktop application supports both the Generally accepted accounting procedures (GAAP) and International financial reporting standards (IFRS).
